These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the EnneagramGenius platform, operated by EnneagramGenius, Inc. Please read them carefully before using the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By creating an account or using the EnneagramGenius platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- If you are using EnneagramGenius on behalf of an organization — such as a company team, coaching practice, or enterprise — you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
- We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email when material changes are made. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
2. Description of Service
- EnneagramGenius is a relational Enneagram intelligence platform. The core service includes a free, 104-question psychometric Enneagram assessment that produces a personalized profile: your core type, tritype, wing, and instinct stack.
- Beyond the assessment, the platform enables group formation — partners, families, friend groups, teams, and organizations — and delivers AI-generated relational intelligence: pairing reports, group dynamics analyses, and communication guidance based on the Enneagram type composition of your group.
- A coach portal allows certified Enneagram coaches to manage client profiles, prepare session materials, and facilitate workshops using the platform.
- Feature availability varies by subscription tier and credit balance. Current plan details are available on the pricing page.
3. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian awareness of their use of the platform.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account. Providing false information is grounds for account termination.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with others.
- Notify us immediately at legal@enneagramgenius.com if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account.
- Individual accounts may not be shared. Teams and organizations may add members through the designated team management features within their plan.
4. Free vs. Paid Features
- The Enneagram assessment and your core type profile are free. You can retake the assessment at any time.
- AI-generated content — including pairing reports, group dynamics modules, and coaching prep materials — requires credits. Credits are consumed each time you generate or regenerate a content module.
- Credits can be purchased as one-time packs or are included in paid subscription tiers. Credit balances do not expire as long as your account is active.
- Paid subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly or annual basis as selected at signup. You will be notified before renewal.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not delete your account or assessment data.
5. Credits and Refunds
- Credits are non-refundable once consumed to generate content.
- Unused credits on a credit pack purchase may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been consumed, by contacting legal@enneagramgenius.com.
- In cases of verified service failure — where content was not delivered due to a platform error — consumed credits will be restored to your wallet.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable after the billing period begins, except in cases of material service failure.
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
6. Acceptable Use
- You may not use EnneagramGenius to harass, demean, or discriminate against others based on their Enneagram type. Type is a framework for self-understanding, not a basis for judgment.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract the platform's content, AI outputs, or assessment instrument.
- Automated access (bots, scripts, crawlers) is prohibited without a written API agreement with EnneagramGenius.
- You may not use the coach portal or group features to collect data on individuals without their knowledge and consent.
- You may not use EnneagramGenius for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that violates applicable regulations.
- Violations of these use policies may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
7. Intellectual Property
- EnneagramGenius owns the platform, the assessment instrument, the scoring algorithm, the AI prompt architecture, and all content produced by the platform itself (including module templates, UI copy, and design).
- You own your assessment responses and your personal results. You can export your data at any time from Settings > Exports.
- AI-generated content produced on your behalf (pairing reports, group analyses) is licensed to you for personal use. You may share individual outputs, but may not republish them in bulk or represent them as original work you authored.
- The Enneagram system is a body of knowledge in the public domain. EnneagramGenius does not claim ownership of Enneagram theory itself.
8. AI-Generated Content
- EnneagramGenius uses AI (powered by Anthropic Claude) to generate personality insights, relational intelligence reports, and coaching materials based on Enneagram type composition.
- AI-generated content is provided for personal development, self-reflection, and relationship awareness. It is not a clinical assessment, psychological diagnosis, or professional therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing a mental health concern, please consult a licensed mental health professional.
- Enneagram type descriptions are observational and conditional — they describe patterns and tendencies, not fixed destinies. No type is better or worse than another.
- You are responsible for how you use and share AI-generated content from EnneagramGenius.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
- The EnneagramGenius platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that assessment results are accurate for every individual. Psychometric instruments describe tendencies across populations; your own self-knowledge should always take precedence.
- In no event shall EnneagramGenius be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including decisions made based on AI-generated content.
- Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to EnneagramGenius in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Profile.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation.
- Upon termination, your access to paid features and generated content will end. Your assessment data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
- Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
