Is the assessment really free, forever?

Yes. The 100-item assessment, your core result, your wing, tritype, and instinct stack — all free, no account required to start. Paid plans add AI-written depth and shared surfaces.

Do you sell data or advertise against it?

No and no. We have no third-party ad infrastructure, no data brokerage relationships, and no plans to add any. Our business model is subscriptions, end of story.

What happens if I cancel Plus?

Your profile stays free, forever. AI modules lock back up but your written profile and everything you’ve exported are yours to keep.

Can Teams pay monthly?

Yes. Annual gets 20% off. Enterprise customers can invoice yearly with NET-30 and DPAs.

What AI models do you use?

A mix of frontier models for sensitive writing, with a second-pass safety review. Enterprise has an option for privately-hosted inference.

Is this a replacement for therapy?

No. The Enneagram is a map, not a diagnosis. We’re careful to name that in the product itself — especially on the stress and integration modules.
